Completed an exchange program at the University of Cagliari, Italy, focused on traditional earthen construction techniques. Master's thesis: "Earthen Architecture: The Influence of Design on the Durability of Structures." Has worked internationally in Guatemala (school construction using earth and bamboo) and Oaxaca, Mexico (integrating contemporary solutions with natural building techniques and community initiatives). Traveled Latin America studying traditional architecture. Now based in Baja California Sur.
